Appalling Service

Been waiting since the 1st May for a ring to be resized, no phone call, then phoned to be told it would be ready by the Saturday and it wasn't (I had to phone again) and then popped in on the Monday and still not ready, hadn't even started it. The man in the shop (if it was the owner then I'm surprised he's in busy) was very rude. I took back my ring and will be going somewhere else. Certainly would not recommend this Jeweler!
