Profile
We are now able to provide Yellow Fever vaccinations to both patients and non-patients of the practice. Please contact reception for further details.
If you would like to be able to book your appointments and order repeat medications via the Internet, please contact the surgery for a registration letter for EMIS Access, which will contain all the details you will need to register. It's a very simple process and will save you time in calling and/or visiting the surgery. Registration is free and you will still be able to book appointments either in person or by telephone if you wish to do so.
Most pharmacies offer a collection and home delivery service for NHS repeat prescriptions. Please contact your usual pharmacy for further details. In addition, a company called Pharmacy 2 U will deliver medications to your workplace, as well as your home address. Please contact the surgery for a registration form, or call Pharmacy 2 U on 0845 803 9033 or visit www.pharmacy2u.co.uk/register. Please note that these services can only be used for repeat prescriptions, not acute or urgent prescriptions.
Our premises are fully accessible to disabled people and include the provision of a toilet suitable for wheelchair access.
There is an induction loop at the reception counter for patients who are deaf or hard of hearing.
